These Terms and Conditions govern the rights and obligations between the seller and the buyer when purchasing goods via the online store www.moldforconcrete.com, in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic and the European Union.

The seller is a self-employed individual operating under Czech trade law.
2. Definitions
Buyer means a natural or legal person entering into a purchase contract with the seller.
Consumer means a natural person acting outside their business activity.
Business customer (B2B) means a person acting within their business or professional activity.
3. Contract Conclusion
The purchase contract is concluded when the buyer submits an order and the seller confirms its acceptance.
Before submitting the order, the buyer may review and amend the order details. By submitting the order, the buyer confirms acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The seller reserves the right to refuse an order for technical or capacity reasons.
4. Prices and Payment
Prices are stated including VAT unless stated otherwise. For B2B customers, VAT may be applied according to applicable legislation.
Payment is made via the payment methods available in the online store.
5. Delivery Conditions
Goods are delivered via DHL Parcel, DHL Express or UPS.
Shipping costs are displayed before order confirmation.
Delivery times are indicative only. For deliveries outside the EU, goods are delivered under Incoterms®️ 2020 – DAP, with customs duties, import VAT and local taxes paid by the buyer.
6. Right of Withdrawal
6.1 Consumer
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, unless statutory exceptions apply.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made goods or products intended for professional use.
6.2 Business Customer
Business customers have no right of withdrawal unless expressly agreed.
7. Claims and Liability for Defects
The buyer must inspect the goods upon delivery.
Claims must be made without undue delay. Visible transport damage must be reported to the carrier upon delivery.
8. Personal Data Protection
Personal data protection is governed by a separate Privacy Policy (GDPR) available on the seller’s website.
9. Alternative Dispute Resolution
Consumers may resolve disputes out of court via the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz).
10. Final Provisions
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
The seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. The version valid at the time of order submission applies.
